At K&R Transport LLC, we stand behind our commitment to reliable service. We understand that plans can shift, so here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

✅ Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • K&R Transport LLC cancels the service due to operational issues

  • You cancel with proper advance notice

  • The service wasn’t delivered as agreed (excluding delays from weather, traffic, or third-party factors)

🕒 Cancellation Window

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Late cancellations may result in a partial fee or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

💳 Refund Process

If eligible:

  • We’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days

  • Funds will be returned using your original payment method

  • You’ll receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated

⚠️ Non-Refundable Services

The following are not refundable:

  • Same-day bookings

  • Custom arrangements already completed

  • Charges for fuel, special handling, or after-hours requests
